  1. Processing Time: We do usually have stock of our products however at busy times our products are made to order, which means they require time to be crafted specifically for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed before shipment. If you have a specific date you need your order by please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to get you your order as soon as possible.
  2. Shipping Method: Once your order is ready for shipment, we will utilise reliable shipping carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely and in a timely manner. The shipping method will depend on your location and weight of the shipment. For large orders pallet shipments are required.
  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
